Cerrighedd is a small stud breeding coloured Welsh part-breds. `Lizzie` and her 3/4 sister, Cerrighedd Smiply Magic are our first foals and both have exceeded our wildest dreams. Lizzie is by the multi champion CHAPS graded stallion, Diggers Gold aka Buster out of a quality Welsh cob mare whose dam and sire were both Royal Welsh winners and with bloodlines going back to Parc, Cascob, Derwen and Nebo.
She is a well grown, beautifully put together filly with the fluid movement of a Welsh cob, she should mature to 15.1 h.h. +. We firmly believe that she would excel in any field, under saddle or as a brood mare and think she is good enough to consider grading with CHAPS in the future.
She has been lightly shown in 2007, the highlight being awarded a 1st Youngstock Evaluation Premium and the overall Youngstock Evaluation Championship at the North Wales and Borders Show. She has also qualified for this years CHAPS Championship Show.
She has been extremely well handled from birth, is good with the farrier, vet and dentist, loads well and is mouthed. She is microchipped, wormed and vaccinated to date.
She is only for sale as we are retaining her full sister, so a 5* showing home is a priority for my special filly as she is a very reluctant sale. Serious enquiries only. |
