Tinka is a beautifully marked piebald traditional mare 10 years old 15hh.
This pretty mare is suitable for a small adult or teenager. She would be ideal for a mum returning to riding.
She is incredibly safe to hack in traffic, not phased by any idiots on the road, loves a canter on grass but happy to walk or trot in company or alone.
Tinka enjoys a fuss from a confident and sensitive handler.
She is currently clipped, but has worn full mane and feather showing her traditional roots beautifully.
She doesn’t wear shoes, having hard wearing feet.
She is good to catch and to box.
Tinka is a hardy girl and I think prefers living out, but has been comfortable stabled at night.
Tinka takes kids bareback for fun and will be patient with beginners in the school but would prefer some variety.
With a more experienced rider she tries to please, enjoys learning and loves to pop a jump, and does it with a smile on her face.
She has been schooled since she was bought last year for my daughter to ride, who has had regular proper instruction on her.
Tinka is wormed and vaccinated to date with a passport. Open to Vet.
She can be seen in livery near Canterbury, Kent, where she has been kept ticking over as her young owner has lost interest. Tack and rugs available by separate negotiation.
